Periodontal maintenance is the ongoing treatment of disease. A prophy or regular cleaning is the treatment of healthy teeth and gums.
Unless you see something suspicious in your child’s mouth, we recommend seeing children at 3 years of age. At 3 years of age children have their full complement of baby teeth. We do our best to keep their first visit positive and non-threatening. This helps build your child’s confidence in us and in dentistry in general which hopefully will stay with them for their entire life.
There are several options, procedures and products that whiten teeth. We have found that the most reliable and predictable procedures and products are not necessarily the most expensive. We would be happy to discuss your specific questions.
It is very difficult, if not impossible, to diagnose dental conditions and problems over the phone. It is best to meet with the doctors to discuss your concerns. The doctor will give you a complete treatment plan with options for you to consider. Then you can make a choice of what option best fits your budget and how you want to proceed with treatment. We do mercury free, tooth colored white fillings. There are a number of peer reviewed articles and studies that suggest that tooth colored white fillings are becoming the industry standard in dentistry.
We do both the surgical phase (placement of the implants) starting at $450 and the restorative phase (putting teeth on your implants) starting at $1800. There are numerous factors that must be considered when doing implants. We recommend an office visit to accurately diagnose your specific needs and determine how to work within your budget.
We accept all insurance that allows you to go to the dentist of your choice. We will also file all forms and claim information to the insurance company as a courtesy to you.
